• Orders can be redeemed in full at our Montreal Biospa location only.

• If you wish to cancel, your purchase order is refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment, in accordance with standard spa practices.

• Please note that last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the service credit.
