Price and Currency


The price and currency of an item will vary depending on the country it is shipped to. We support the following currencies: $CAD.

Select your country in the top right corner of any Zorah page, and prices and currencies will adjust accordingly.

Customs Fees and Taxes


Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates based on the province to which the order is shipped. You will not be subject to any customs fees upon delivery.

Tax exemptions apply to certain Canadian provinces for baby and children's clothing:

Payment Security


At Zorah, each purchase is made with maximum security through the use of Trustwave and Geotrust certified secure servers, as well as the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We ensure the safety of your data by using only secure connections, as indicated by the https prefix and the lock symbol visible in your browser’s address bar. To secure your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter your CVV code for each order.

Our team occasionally performs anti-fraud checks before approving transactions to ensure you can shop with confidence. If necessary, we may contact you to verify details and information before confirming your order.

Payment Methods


For your convenience, we accept major credit cards and electronic wallets as payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, PayPal, Apple Pay, gift cards, and in-store credits. We also accept prepaid credit cards as long as they are associated with a billing address. In addition, we are happy to accept Visa debit cards.

We cannot split payments across multiple credit cards, and all orders are subject to verification. We offer a quick payment option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details, eliminating the need to re-enter them for future purchases.

To ensure your protection, we require the phone number and billing address to match the information registered with the issuing bank of the credit card.

You may also contact us to place your order by phone with one of our customer service agents, although phone payments are limited to credit cards only.

Payment Errors
If you received an error message during checkout stating that the transaction cannot be processed, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

You entered your card number incorrectly
You entered the expiration date or security code (CVV) incorrectly
The name and address do not match those registered with your credit card
Your bank declined the payment for security reasons
There are insufficient funds in your account to cover the payment
In some cases, you may need to contact your credit card issuer or bank for more detailed information about the reason for the payment refusal. If your card issuer or bank cannot provide sufficient answers, feel free to contact us.

Sezzle


Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later, interest-free! When you make a purchase with Sezzle, Zorah will process your order as if you paid the full price, but you will only have paid a fraction of the cost.

Sezzle performs what is known as a soft check, meaning they review your credit score as part of their risk check, but it does not affect your credit score. Sezzle uses this information to verify your identity and approve your request.

Sezzle splits the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments spread out over at least six weeks. Only 25% of the amount is due at the time of purchase. The rest is divided into equal installments (usually three payments), with each installment spaced two weeks apart.

No interest or processing fees are charged, as long as you pay on time, you only pay for what you bought! Returns and exchanges follow the same process as any other purchase at Zorah, regardless of the payment method. If you return part or all of your order, the installments will be adjusted by Sezzle, and you will be refunded for what you have already paid.

Charges on Your Card


Once your order is placed, the necessary funds are held as a pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge – it’s simply to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped.

If your order is canceled, Zorah will immediately release the pre-authorization. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the request and return the funds to your account.
