Canada Post: When an order is shipped via Canada Post, please note that no tracking number will be provided. If you expect to be away during delivery in periods of extreme cold or heat, we recommend having the package delivered to the Canada Post office nearest your residence.
Purolator: Most of our deliveries are handled by Purolator. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. If you expect to be away during delivery, you can choose the “Package Intercept” option on Purolator’s website to redirect your package to the nearest Purolator location. This is recommended during extreme cold or heat.
Frozen Products: If, unfortunately, your products arrive frozen outside your residence and you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a return. We will replace your products at no additional cost under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Does Zorah offer free shipping within Canada?
Yes. For the following provinces—Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick—free standard shipping applies to orders of $75 or more. For all other Canadian provinces, free standard shipping applies to orders of $125 or more. The $75 and $125 minimums apply to the final checkout total, excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping fees.
